Great, friendly customer service!!! They sell new and used tires... and have the best prices in the Cleveland area!!! They have tons of used tires with alot of treadlife... great when you have a lease vehicle or a car that you won't be keeping too long... or if you're like me and live paycheck to paycheck... very inexpensive alternative to buying a new tire! Definately will go back!!! :)~
